Returning Non-Defective Products

If you’ve purchased a product that isn’t quite what you expected, you can return non-defective items within 14 days of your invoice date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging materials, instructions, and accessories. Please also ensure you include your original invoice or receipt with the return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping cost we paid to send the product to you will be deducted from your refund. This helps us cover the initial shipping expenses.

Important Exception: If we made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item to you, don’t worry about the shipping cost! In such cases, the original shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund, and we’ll work quickly to make things right.

Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products, which are nutritional supplements, we do not offer exchanges. We are unable to accept requests to exchange items for different products, sizes, or variants. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchase. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please refer to our Damaged Items section below.

What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We take great care in packaging your supplements to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged during transit, we’re here to help.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please take clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging immediately upon delivery. Then, email these pictures to hello@vitalnutrients.co.uk  within 5 working days of receiving your delivery. This timeframe is crucial for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund for you.

Please note: We are unable to accept claims for damaged items reported outside of this 5-working-day timeframe. It’s essential to inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any damage.
