Returns & Refunds

Yes! Non-defective products can be returned within 14 days of your invoice date, as long as they are unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used consumable supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Please return the item (unused, in its original packaging) along with the original invoice or receipt.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we inspect your return. However, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
